The O'TOM® / Tick Twister® consists of a pair of hooks, one large and one small:
- The large one for adult-sized ticks,
- The small one for larvae and nymph ticks.
These instruments allow the user to remove all ticks, regardless of size and location, on both humans and animals.

Simply slide under the mouth parts of the tick and twist.
