We have heard from a couple of sources that DEFRA requires dogs to be muzzled when they are being checked (Identichip scanned) on entry to the UK.

We cannot yet confirm that this is the case but we suggest that you contact your transport company and / or DEFRA before travel - or, at least, have a suitable muzzle available.
