The most accurate way to measure a dog for these fleece coats is from sternum bone to level with the tail (a).
With a regular shaped dog this measurement will be the same size as the chest measurement (c).
For a slim dog jumper, the chest (c) needs to be at least 2 inches less than the length (a).
