This facility is only available on the SkyKennel Large, Extra Large and Giant.
The relocation of a pet by air can prove to be a very costly excercise. By renting the travel crate you can at least significantly reduce the costs.
Our rental service is based on the payment of the full retail price of a crate and when we receive the crate back - in re-usable condition of course - we will refund you 65% of the original cost less a 10€ charge for cleaning.
For crates being returned from the UK you can deliver the crate to our agents in Andover and, for an additional fee of 25€, it will be transported back to us in the Algarve - this may well work out a lot cheaper than arranging your own shipping direct to us.
This rental also works in reverse from the UK - for an additional cost of 30€ - 45€ (depending on size of crate and subject to confirmation) we will arrange delivery to you in the uk and you can return the crate to us on your arrival in the Algarve.
All used crates will be disinfected and cleaned before subsequent use.
Please note that if you wish to use this service you MUST register this fact with us by adding this to your order and keep your receipt as proof of purchase from us.
Your refund can be made to any bank account - UK & Portuguese free of charge, Other EEC banks 5€ charge, other countries 25€ charge.
We do not process refunds using credit cards or third party service providers.
