We are pleased to announce the arrival of the world's first dry dog food with 75% Chicken MEAT and NO cereals and the first dry cat food with 80% MEAT - these are new foods from Applaws and is really top in the Dog Food market. As you know dogs are carnivores and their digestive system is geared up to digest meat but dog food manufacturers insist on including cereals to bulk up the food because they are relatively cheap. The proteins in these cereals are incomplete and, as such, are of little use to the dog but these proteins can be included in the total protein listed on the packaging - this is a topic for a book so we won't go into it here. Suffice it to say that these are really good quality foods and, of course, they can legally include the word "MEAT" on the ingredients label - makes a real change from those labels where the word "MEAT" can't be found anywhere!

This new range complements the Burns and Natural Dog Food which also have the benefits of REAL MEAT.
